Canadian Tire Money
If you have some Canadian Tire money stashed away at home, please bring it in to the school. It is a great way to contribute to the PAC fundraising efforts without having to spend any extra money.
A container for Canadian Tire $ will be on the table in the front entrance of the school. At the end of the year the PAC will count the $ and decide what to purchase with it.
Past Purchases:
- Water for the Emergency Preparedness Container

Save Your IGA & Clayton's Grocery Receipts
if you have Marketplace IGA and Clayton's cash register receipts please save them and bring them in to school. The receipts are collected in the classrooms and on the table outside the office throughout the year and are redeemed for Gift Certificates at the stores. For every $5000 in receipts collected, the PAC receives a $20 gift card or store credit which can be used to buy supplies for PAC Events.
IGA Reloadable Cards
This is a great fundraiser for our school, and the best part is the cards are FREE. By using your IGA Card to purchase groceries at any Marketplace IGA location, IGA will automatically donate 4% of your purchase to Kinnikinnick Elementary. To use, you simple bring your card into the customer service desk at any IGA, load the card with money and use it to make your purchase at the checkout. Funds raised through the IGA Card Program are used to cover costs of hot lunch supplies and to purchase supplies for PAC Events.
Since the cards do not cost you anything, fan them out to family and friends so we all can be raising funds for our students.
If you haven't already received your IGA Card or you would like more than one for family or friends, please contact [email protected] to request your cards or there will be a limited number in the school office, please ask Janet for one.

Progressive Gift Cards
We are excited to again offer the on-going gift card program that is an effective way to raise funds for our school through an activity that is a regular part of our lives – Shopping!
Our PAC purchases gift cards from large, well known retailers at a discount. We then resell the cards to you at face value, and keep the difference as a fundraiser. There is no cost to families to participate in this program; the cards you receive will have the same total value as the amount you paid.
Since the average family spends $6,000 - $7,000 on groceries each year. If 100 families can purchase $100 per week on all household purchases from participating retailers, the school can earn $20,000 this school year.
Further info regarding this fundraiser will be available soon, stay tuned . . . . . . . .
